1. Agreement to Terms
By pre-registering for, downloading, installing, or using the Out Of Bounds Football mobile application (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Pre-Registration Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not pre-register for or use the Game.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
The Game and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of its creators. The Game is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Game for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Game.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game or your eligibility for pre-registration rewards immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the creators of Out Of Bounds Football be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game.
7. Pre-Registration Reward Program
By pre-registering for the Out Of Bounds Football mobile application (the "Game"), you may be eligible to receive a pre-registration reward, which grants access to the full version of the Game upon its official release. This reward is subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: The pre-registration reward is exclusively available to users who successfully pre-register for the Game through official channels before its official launch.
- Reward Description: The "full game" reward will utilize the same description and translations as the corresponding in-app product for the full game.
- Fulfillment: We commit to providing the pre-registration reward to all eligible users who pre-register for the Game. Failure to do so may result in the removal of the application from distribution platforms.
- Exclusions: Please note that subscriptions cannot be offered or provided as a pre-registration reward.
- Availability: The reward will be made available to eligible users upon the official release of the Game. Further instructions on how to claim or access the reward will be provided at that time.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Pre-Registration Terms and Conditions on this page.
